The cardio area is generous in layout, with equipment spaced so you never feel crowded, even during busier times.

On the strength side, you’ll find everything from dumbbell racks and benches to weight machines and a versatile squat rack, making it easy to tailor a routine to your level. Mirrored walls keep the space bright and open, and a bold graphic accent wall brings in a little extra character. Nearby, you'll also find our dedicated spin studio with additional spin bikes, medicine balls, and other functional training equipment. Whether you’re there for a long run, a focused lifting session, or a mix of both, the setup makes it simple to move between workouts—and the backdrop of downtown Boston doesn’t hurt for a little extra motivation.
